Blue3D currently accepts orders for United States customers and United States shipping addresses only. Blue3D may cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled within the supported service area.

Terms of Service
By using the Blue3D website, placing an order, requesting support, or downloading subscriber files, you agree to these terms.
Ordering and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is not accepted for production or fulfillment until payment is authorized and the order details are complete. Blue3D may cancel orders that contain inaccurate information, unsupported requests, or suspected fraud.
3D printed products
3D printed items can have normal layer lines, minor color variation, small surface differences from photos, and slight dimensional variation. Blue3D aims for clean, useful, professional prints, but each physical print is produced in small batches or made to order.
Product use and safety
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, Blue3D products are decorative, organizational, gift, or general-use printed items. Do not use printed parts for safety-critical, food-contact, medical, electrical, child-safety, automotive, structural, or load-bearing purposes without a written agreement for that specific use.
Customization and color
Custom text, colors, hardware, and notes are produced from the information submitted at checkout. Blue3D may contact you if an option is unclear or unavailable. Display colors can vary between screens, filament batches, and lighting conditions.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the Blue3D Returns and Refunds policy. Stripe processing, bank timing, and carrier activity may affect when funds or updates appear.
Digital model files
Subscriber model files and any purchased digital files are licensed for the customer's personal use unless a listing or written license says otherwise. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, repackage, or include Blue3D digital files in another marketplace, bundle, subscription, or model library.
Subscriptions and redemptions
A subscription may include starter packs, monthly model packs, and a set number of model redemptions for eligible past models. Redeemed models remain available for repeat download while the account remains eligible, subject to generous anti-abuse bandwidth controls and file-access security.
Customer-submitted files and rights
If you submit artwork, names, logos, reference files, or model files, you confirm that you have the right to use them for the requested order. Blue3D may decline work that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or outside current production capability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, products, files, shipping, carrier delays, or misuse of printed items. Blue3D's total liability for a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product or order.
Changes
Blue3D may update products, pricing, policies, and these terms as the shop grows. The version posted on the website applies when you use the site or place an order. Questions can be sent to hello@blue3d.tech.
