Blue3D currently sells and ships only within the United States. The website is not directed to customers outside the United States, and international order fulfillment is not supported at this time.

Blue3D collects only the information needed to operate the shop, process orders, provide customer support, deliver subscriber downloads, improve the website, and protect the service.
Information collected
Blue3D may collect your name, email address, shipping address, order details, customization notes, account or magic-link activity, subscription status, download/redemption records, support messages, and basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address, referrer, and pages visited.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Blue3D does not store full credit card numbers on this website. Stripe may provide Blue3D with transaction status, payment identifiers, customer identifiers, billing details needed for receipts, fraud signals, and refund information.
How information is used
Blue3D uses customer information to process checkout, produce and ship orders, send receipts and order updates, provide magic links, manage subscriber access, enforce redemption limits, answer support requests, prevent abuse or fraud, improve product listings, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Email and transactional messages
Blue3D uses email for receipts, order updates, magic links, subscriber access, shipping updates, support replies, and important account or policy notices. Blue3D does not sell customer email lists.
Service providers
Blue3D uses providers such as Stripe, AWS, Amazon SES, shipping carriers, and operational software needed to host the website, process payments, store order records, send email, provide private downloads, and fulfill orders. These providers process information only as needed for those services.
Analytics and advertising tools
Blue3D may use privacy-conscious site analytics to understand page visits, referrers, device types, and product interest. If tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are enabled later, they may collect event, browser, device, and referral information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Blue3D will update this policy and provide required notices or controls before using those tools for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention
Blue3D keeps order, payment, refund, and fulfillment records as long as needed for customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping. Magic-link tokens are temporary. Subscriber redemption and bandwidth records may be retained to operate the subscription and protect private model files.
Your choices and requests
You can contact Blue3D to request correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information where it is legally and operationally possible. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, tax records, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.
State privacy rights
Some U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specific revenue, data-volume, or advertising thresholds. If a law applies to Blue3D, eligible customers may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Blue3D will honor applicable rights requests and update this policy as the business grows.
Children
Blue3D is not intended for children under 13. Do not place an order, request a magic link, or submit personal information if you are under 13.
